WE'RE READY TO HELP AND KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE

We Have a Reputation for Professional Objectivity

We also are able to provide our clients with the assurance that their expert has a reputation for professional objectivity. This is vital because the expert's ability to persuade the court that his or her testimony is impartial - not biased in any way towards the side that is paying his or her fee - is crucial to how the court hears that testimony. Integral's reputation is secure. We have always testified for both the plaintiff and defense sides. And, whichever side we're on, we have always applied the same basic widely-accepted economic and statistical methodology.

We're Ready When You Are

We are full-time experts. Free of classroom or research commitments, we can accommodate your schedule rather than asking you to accommodate ours. And we can respond quickly when speed is of the essence.

We Know How to Communicate

Our expert economists excel at explaining technical matters simply and clearly. We know that a competent professional analysis is just the beginning. The expert must be a good teacher, able to explain to the court what s/he has done clearly, in simple every-day language. Our experts excel at teaching, both in court - to judges and juries -- and outside the courtroom, to the attorneys we work with. Also, as part of Integral's continuing legal education program, we routinely teach economics and statistics to attorneys with no background in either area. The CLE evaluation forms they submit always give us the highest grade for clarity.

We Help Companies Reduce the Risk of Discrimination Lawsuits

Applying the lessons we've learned from litigation, we have developed procedures that in-house counsel and management can use to minimize the risk of employment discrimination lawsuits, particularly in connection with reductions in force (RIF). IRI analysts run the appropriate statistical tests on your preliminary RIF list before it is finalized -- to determine whether the RIF you're planning would provide statistical support for a discrimination charge.
