You can change your selections (in which case we re-test the new list) or you can document the objective factors on which you based your selection decisions and then proceed as planned. We Provide On-Site Continuing Legal Education Courses

We have applied the lessons learned from years of expert-witness work to the development of an on-site continuing legal education program. Each of the courses we offer focuses on a different set of practice-area skills, and all are accredited by the New York State CLE Board. The courses are designed to provide attorneys with the economic and statistical tools they require to evaluate expert reports and to elicit expert testimony -- on direct or re-direct, on cross-examination or rebuttal, and even at deposition -- more effectively.

No Background in Math or Statistics Required

The courses assume no background in mathematics or statistics or economics. The language of instruction is plain everyday English, not mathematical formula. We present the material on an intuitive level, embedding theoretical problems in practical case-study examples.
